of this beautiful, cozy, wood-interior home on Baycrest Hill.
Formerly owned by a ship pilot, this was the perfect lookout to
watch for ships on their way to the Homer Spit.
 You
too, can watch fishing boats troll for salmon or fish for
halibut, eagles soar by, and sometimes see Mama and baby moose
meander through the yard from one of 2 units available. Both have full-service kitchens, stocked with all cookware and dishes, toaster, blender, microwave, seasonings, coffee, tea, hot chocolate; full baths with shampoo, conditioner, hairdryers, Satellite TV, VCR, iron and ironing board.
Each unit has its own entrance. Mariner's
View is private, yet easily accessible. It's a 3 minute drive
to downtown Homer or you can enjoy the walking/bike sidewalk that
extends from the Scenic Viewpoint, past Mariner's View and on
through downtown Homer. No pets please, in consideration
to those who are allergic to them. Outdoor smoking only.
